I touched on this briefly during my video about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=uTkfbofOLSI\">how to keep your condos value from going down<\/a>&#8211; but there&#8217;s a bit more to it. If you&#8217;re an investor (or maybe in the Military or another job that could relocate you within a couple of years and you might need to rent it) it might be to your benefit to choose a townhouse.
