I’m running out of clever preambles, so let’s kick off part 3 of Tacoma Sales Stastics 2008. For this round, we’re looking at 98403, for the purposes of this post, we’re going to call this Stadium, even though it covers North Slope and some Old Town, because calling it StadiOldSlope is a compromise no one is interested in making.
Bella View Condos Sold Out
I was hoping to do a great post today about all the condos that have sold downtown since my last post on the topic on 11/16. Unfortunately, there is not much to report, even after expanding into the Stadium District for material!
Only 2 condos have sold downtown since 11/16, one yesterday, and one today.
Doyle’s Public House is having a BAD SWEATER PARTY on tonight at 8pm. Pull out you most fabulous Christmas Sweaters, or steal one from your grandma! There’s no cover, and yes, there will be prizes!
Personally, I will be raiding my mother’s closet for her “Christmas Kitten” sweater complete with built in collar.
The Elmwood is located on 10th & Yakima in Stadium. It’s a beautiful street surrounded by big houses and zillion dollar views. It just dropped under 200k.
