The good news is that the 2012 market is getting much stronger and we will a return to a more normal marketplace. By the end of this year the numbers of bank owned homes will drop.

The food is IMMENSLY over priced and definitely NOT worth the price. I agree that the portion size is small, the service poor and overall I got a very pretentious vibe from the place. The carpet had stains all over it, the menus were PAPER, and my ‘Medditerranean Steak’ was only called so because of a little bit of Feta cheese on it. How pathetic for 27+ dollars. Not to mention, I had to send it back TWICE and by the time they got the temperature close enough to medium rare (apparently it is a Herculean effort to cook a steak), the outside of the steak was charred to cremation. I will be surprised if this restaurant makes it. You’re better off going anywhere else for Greek food.

I have been in this building a couple of times and while it is without a doubt the cheapest place to get a wonderful view of commencement bay, the halls and common areas are not all that nice (think truck stop motel). Also all the bedrooms only have windows that are open to the hall. Its a shame they overlooked a few simple things like this, but I totally agree, props to them for managing to improve their building while many struggle to just maintain.

Great restaurant. The food was great…..very well seasoned and the atmosphere is nice. The food was worth the price. Not to spendy. I would recommend it and will go back again.
