Full disclosure, I know the owner of this house. The first time I went to her house I was picking up something I’d forgotten at an event. When she told me where she lived I couldn’t comprehend it, “There’s a HOUSE there?” I’d driven by so many times and assumed it was just a part of 12 acre China Lake Park. As I drove up her long driveway I marveled at how secluded the house is while being only a 2 minute drive to Highway 16 and a 10 minute drive (in traffic) to Downtown Tacoma.
