Take a Tour of Tacoma’s Historic Dorothy Condominiums

by Marguerite

Do you love Historic brick buildings with hardwood floors, built-ins, and views of Tacoma’s historic Stadium District and Commencement Bay? Me too. Tacoma’s Dorothy Condominiums are just one of those classic historic buildings. Recently Pete Elswick, an awesome agent at Windermere in North Tacoma listed a condo at The Dorothy and he let me go in with my video guy Matt and do a video tour. Check it out!

The Deets:

The Dorothy Condominiums – Unit 402

1 bedroom 1 bathroom

Views of Commencement Bay, Stadium High School, and the Stadium District

HOA dues include water, sewer, garbage, and basic cable. Electric bill is usually $30-50.

I love how close this is to all the best places in Stadium. It’s dangerously close to Shake Shake Shake, a 2 minute walk to the Stadium Thriftway, and the Tacoma Link Light rail expansion will be placing a stop just around the corner. This is a great spot.
