I’ve been getting lots of questions about townhouses in Tacoma’s Hillside neighborhood. Hillside is that microhood between Downtown Tacoma and Hilltop. Hillside is full of townhouses that were built during the boom when the city was offering 10 year tax abatements to buyers buying new construction.
McCarver Village is a neighborhood of townhouses ranging from 2-3 bedrooms. My clients tend to love them because you can buy them with FHA or VA financing as well as downpayment assistance from the state. They’re also a $5 uber ride from the bars and nightlife in Downtown. Here’s the deets on this one:
