As I’ve mentioned before, one of the biggest questions agents get asked is “what is this neighborhood like?” It’s a tricky question for us to answer because we aren’t supposed to steer people towards certain neighborhoods where “certain types of people” live. For today, I’m working on a project for a new website called MoveToTacoma.com. It’s designed for people who are either in Seattle and priced out of their crazy housing market (median price $475,000 as of today vs $225,000 in Tacoma) or moving here from somewhere else in the country. Buyers and renters.
I’m working on creating some great neighborhood pages for this site that can serve as a resource for people relocating to Tacoma trying to choose the best neighborhood for them. Obviously, I would like to do this without ending up in prison.
