When recommending inspectors to my clients, I’m looking for someone smart, thorough, and completely honest. I tease my inspectors sometimes about finding terrible things and making my life hard, but really I love it. I would rather find something terrible on a home inspection than have a client call 6 months after they bought their house with a huge problem.
