		<description>How are they trying to sell this without the additional phases where all the goodies were going to be?  People that bought into this project with the promise of on site retail and dining must be pretty unhappy.

When complete, Marcato will be a sophisticated and highly livable urban village, encompassing three city blocks. The community will include up to 500 residences, a variety of shops and onsite services.</description>
